Mubasher: Ooredoo Oman reported a 5.4% year-on-year rise in its profits during the fourth quarter of 2016, according to a bourse statement.

Net profits reached OMR 8.7 million ($22.52 million) in Q4-16, compared to OMR 9.2 million ($23.81 million) in Q4-15.

The telecom operator's profits rose 11.3% to OMR 46.3 million in 2016, compared to OMR 41.6 million in 2015.

The company’s stock fell 0.63% to OMR 0.63 on Sunday.
